CHILDREN SAFETY POLICY

For the comfort of all our guests and the enjoyment of your experience, Children are only permitted in the salon when receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

CANCELLATIONS

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. This allows Salon Mogano to schedule and service other clients.

Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice impacts Salon Mogano and the opportunity to service other guest. We understand the sudden emergencies of life that require the cancellation of your appointment. Therefore we have developed a policy that is sensitive to our guests lives and enforces a policy based on not just one cancellation, but two (2) cancellations.

In the case of two (2) cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.

NO SHOWS

More than one (1) No Show will be handled the same as cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a No Show fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.

REDO
________

At Salon Mogano we are committed to complete customer satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within one (1) week of your appointment to schedule an appointment for a complimentary redo. The redo appointment will be scheduled with the same technician who performed the original service. However, in the case that the original technician is unavailable, or if you feel that the technician is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another technician. If you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you not attempt to correct the issue yourself or go to another salon as we will no longer be able to perform the service complimentary.
